Yep exactly, the longer this is allowed to drag on the more players will leave and play something else.
It is literally impossible to enjoy a FPS game when you can't shoot anyone.!!

I barely got thru my first round of the day. More deaths than kills, full clips into people without killing them, they one shot me. God it was terrible. I have no idea what they did recently, but it is worse than ever.
