What is the max latency reported 999? To have an ALAT over 400 seems like it would mean there are as many players over 400 as are under 400, and if I am at 30, to get to 400 ALAT, that would mean a lot of players would all of a sudden have a LAT well over 400.
I think 999ms is max ping. For the server to have an average latency over 400ms, there would indeed need to be players with pings over 400ms.
