@cyej6kkea5u6Low latency mode in Nvidias control-panel is for DirectX 9/11 only, not for DirectX 12. 2042 uses DX12.
Reflex / Boost has an effect on DX12 though (Boost is power-management and disables dynamic lowering of GPU-clocks).
The UI is awful and is a bad console-port. But this should have no effect on the game-engine. The TTK/TTD-problems have been in Frostbite for a long time, they only seems to have gotten worse in 2042 than in previous titles (especially compared to BF1/BFV).

@cso7777 I know 2042 uses dx12, but I can swear enabling low lat mode in ctrl panel makes the game more stuttery and laggy. However I have no way to accurately test this so it might be a placebo effect on my part
It would be nice if others could check it out and see if it affects their game experience.
Regarding ttk/ttd and super bullets, it was bad during the first time/years of bfv, but for the last couple of years bfv has had a really polished and well working gunplay. I’ve played a lot on the private hardcore servers in eu the last years and the experience compared to 2042 gunplay and lag situation is just night and day.
But bfv had to mature to this as well
I hope EA will be able to fix 2042 in the same way
