Please see the attachment to see how lopsided the final scores are in BF 2042. This has been going on for 3 to 5 month now. This us proof that the game is broken and the TTK/TTD is messed up. EA, why are you nit answering these consumers, the people who paid you for this game? [Edited]

Last game of the night and complete server desync at the end.
Full clip into people and they run off around a corner. 10 plus people that should have been easy kills and most shots are not registering.
Shotgun on a static enemy, zero damage, they turn around and kill me.
Why aren't we seeing ANYTHING from DICE on this issue?
It is a game breaking issue that has been worse in this BF than any other.
DICE if you want to convince us you are listening you HAVE to address this issue. - Alethes3 years agoSeasoned Ace@Ai-Fluffy today I was one-shot killed, twice. I thought "fair enough, shotgun, no prob." It was an ACW-R, same guy.

That is what quite a few of us are getting.
The issue is not every one is having this problem.
Guy I game with was burst firing killing one after another.
With the connection I had he wasn't firing enough bullets to kill people.
DICE are making a show of "listening to the community"
SO where are they ?

This game is like a totally different animal after the latest patch. It's playable, but it definitely isn't fun. Consoles make all the PC players think their systems are broken.

As a PC player i personal think that it isn't a console thing, it's a broken/unfinished game issue...broken to a point that it's unfixable. Other more finished and newer games works perfect, so i know it's not my system. To be honest...i personaly don't know how the game is now as DICE/EA made me quit playing this game months ago. What I mean is the cross-platform-with-45hz-tick rate-server thing with console players and PCs doesn't work. This particular issue is a console thing. I have never seen this with a PC player.

Always in most cases these gunfights you lose with console players. They don't have a crazy movement like PC players. They moving like POD-BOT from Counter-Strike 1.3/1.4 but allways hiting you to head when you jumping, sliding or doing any gymnastic movement in game (silent aimbot on consoles is cool I know).
.. but question is why console players not receiving any hitmarks or damage many times.

Console players will chime in and tell you that they don't feel (or think) they have any advantage whatsoever. What is interesting, though, is what would happen if there were no aim assist (which really is an aimbot in this case) and Dice just promoted M&K for console players. As it stands right now, it seems like we are all playing a probability-based game, and PC players have an enormous handicap. The bottom line is this: the game feels like you're being cheated while you're playing.

@CH34TC0D3 Yup, the invisible player bug has been in Battlefield games since 2016. It's safe to assume DICE isn't able to fix the bug or they would have by now.

This happening me almost in each gameplay. Some days are better but some days its like when I can't kill anybody. I can only close game and EA Play software. With this nobody help you. Its problem on server side. What is that problem? DICE never say but they netcode isn't omnipotent. They don't exaplain where can be problem.

The game is bad because consoles have a clear time advantage over PC players, and PC players can't have their own general play lobbies. Non-crossplay is virtually nonexistent. Also, the combination of this game, its servers, your system, and your ISP cannot support lag /glitch-free play for 128 players.
The worst part is that EA, Dice, and the on-task developers have been virtually radio silent about these failures for their customers. A good-faith conversation would have driven some design changes that would have made for a better game, and that would have made them a lot more money. Feels like a game made to generate in-app purchases, not a game that delivers the "battlefield experience."
They need to know who their customer is and, more importantly, who their customer IS NOT. For Battlefield games, don't focus on making a game that generates in-app purchases - the "battlefield experience" customer couldn't care less. Focus on making a game that WORKS for a mature audience who will pay a premium for a game that delivers on the battlefield recipe, but the game MUST WORK. It cannot feel broken; unfortunately, this still feels like a broken game.

Also, this game is bad because the development team thought it would be a good idea to allow players to wear ARMOR in ADDITION to a .75 FIRST SHOT MULTIPLIER for consoles and gamepad players and there are no PC only servers

My last play was Januari the 7th (wich lasted about 30 sec or so), so i was curious to see how things are now.
Well i have to say that it lasted longer then 30 sec.....this time it lasted 40 sec.
I will see in about 3 months and see how it is then.....altho i have no hope for improvement.

Now with the reticle change we have to put a whole clip rather than half a clip into the enemy before they die and we still die in one clip making the TTK/TTD even worse.
You can't make this stuff up! Talk about going backwards.

It's really bad for me. Now it is an entire clip to kill one player. The rounds don't hit where the crosshair is or the screen center. You have to use single shot or be up super close to them to hit multiple shots. This is beyond ridiculous.

I am getting 5 or 6 hits on me in less than a second and I am going down I can empty a mag in someone they only for them to turn and 2 tap me

Players, When are we going to learn that game companies don't care about the players only thier profits. They have pre-order so they can put out crap games and no one holds them accountable. This is why they don't answer any issue on this forum or any forum. They all blame your internet or PC / console. Wake up! Stop buy their games and you will hope and see them change their actions. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!

Right now on server I spawned and I received 2 hits only and immediately dead. First is HS hit for 41 dmg and second to body for 22 dmg. Why, why, why this happening every day on every server and not only once. Why this game giving me lag compensations? Why I must be punished for 1Gbit fiber and high-end PC which I build for my money. Why you giving chance kidos with PC for 200USD and DialUp connection? F....
