Hit registration is the worst that it's been since beta. How have reviews gone up for this game?

Battlefield in general has always been bad for me. I recently stopped using wifi and that helped a bit. It's still not great. One game I feel like I can kill enemies and the next game its like they all have god mode and I die in one frame. I don't have this issue with other games. It's exclusively an EA issue. I play independent titles on Steam that don't have this issue.
