Usually if a new map rework comes out we get this 24/7 option for either one or two weeks available.
It's just the reason that people usually like to test new things a lot and therefore they make this.
Which is nice so you don't have to get into that map by random luck or by making your own portal servers.
Of course within that time normal CQ and BT server might be less popular but even within the first week or even few days people come back to normal rotations too as they get bored of one map only.
Just give ot a bit of time.
Btw, just now i randomly tested on PS4 to join a AoW CQ and BT match (normal ramdom rotations) and immediately got into a game of both, with like 90% human players and just few bots.
So even now, it may just also depends on the time and region you play at, your platform and if you play with crossplay on/off.
Plus the new map being out now too, which kinda lowers the number for the normal rotation CQ/BT servers.
We'll get past this time soon. 😉
