Hourglass rework is coming in patch 5.2

Hourglass is my least favorite map. I hope that it changes with the rework 

The original version of the map was very bad, so the bar is set very low, hopefully DICE will deliver.

One of the few normal maps without an idiotic vertical gameplay. As a result of the rework, there will be another thrash like Antarctica or Discarded. No need to rework this map!

@flcrmAgreed. No need to make it Flashloint 2.0. Can’t go anywhere on that map without getting shot from 5 directions at the same time. All my gameplay is inside some small buildings. I gladly travel on Hourglass mostly uninterrupted or engage in a fun fight instead of sitting in the corner of a building on Flashpoint ( especially with the lag issues). I enjoy Hourglass the way it is. I really hope they don’t screw it up.

@TheseusJasonMan…that is exactly why i love it. I don’t want to be engaged in a fight every second. It’s fresh air when i can call in a vehicle, hop in with friends and we talk on the microphone which flag are we trying to capture next. Halfway there we have to jump out, a tank takes out our vehicle….we support each other, we revive each other…it’s a journey to get there…you know…not just run and gun like Reclaimed. Boring. On Hourglass the 3 A flags area(stadium) is as big as an entire map was on BF3. You can just stay there and have close quarters fights all round. You don’t need to traverse. The original setup of this game supported the huge maps. One of our squad mate was playing Angel and called in a loadoit crate. Switch to sniper when stuck somewhere etc. I think the original idea of this game was genius. I don’t mind the class system either.
