How best would you define weapon HANDLING?
Does anyone know exactly what HANDLING translates as, in terms of weapon performance, if its more than one factor, what is it exactly?

I see the biggest issue being the SMG's are not balanced to where recoils and blooms are with all of the other weapons on this game. If you hold fire, it is difficult to hit the target on 2042. I am okay with that if you are not on a bipod. Unfortunately, that PP-29 seems to not have this same issue at almost any range. Where AR's are, feels nice and realistic in which tapping shots or firing single fire should be the better option. But until that PP-29 has similar recoils and blooms as every other weapon on the game, weapons handling is not something that needs to be addressed.
To fully answer your question, handling is the entirety of recoil, reloading, ADS speed, etc.
