how do i submit video proof of cheaters?
i have footage piling up against quite a few blatant cheaters but idk how to submit it in my report. ive reported them on battlelog but i dont see an option to add a video file

Why waste your time. Cheaters -- sadly -- won't get banned. I reported 2 cheaters with clear proof and they are still around playing the game 2 months after the initial report (reported them multiple times).
You COULD of course upload it to Youtube, make it unlisted and sent the link along with the report. But if even clear evidence in the form of stats are not enough, a video won't help either. Just accept that there are cheaters, if they are in you match, leave and join another one. That is currently the only way.
