How do I play BF2042? ....only Portal right now. At the moment, very little about the changes they've made to the rest of the game is enjoyable for me or my friends. ....much less so in Hazard Zone. There is simply too many things to list which have already been discussed ad nauseum in this forums and elsewhere about what the gameplay is lacking.
As far as Portal is concerned though, more updated classic maps from BF3, 1942 and BC2 including more assets from said games. The inclusion of other past favorite titles / assets in the BF series would also be welcomed. More options as well like the ability to randomize maps from your list, more specific HUD and marking options, etc.
....and full progression needs to be brought back! Cap it by the minute like XP if necessary but it needs to be brought back at some level.
