I'm pretty sure if the round starts with 2:1 ratios in numbers the server browser prioritizes them to be filled first but I understand the frustration.
I don't necessarily think groups should be barred from joining casual matches, but the browser needs to do a better job of identifying groups with mics/groups of friends (not necessarily in the same platoon) and adding them to the other side to balance the books.

The problem is when the quiting is gradual imho.
If the "bad" team does not collapse enough, the system does not easily move full squads from the "good" team over between rounds.

This is another reason why there will be bot-filling for the Official EA/DICE servers 🙂
Just wish those complaining about the bot-filling would understand this and see why there are more Good to them compared to bad even if they personally still don't like it.
Nothing is ever perfect but the benefits are still better than dead unplayable PVP servers.

How do Bots help in this Situation? You could just also tell the People, there are 20 Players, even if it is only 10. Really dont know what People are Expecting from those Bots.
