I agree that the button to switch teams should go back. In BF3 I remember metro operation games (even other maps) where the most "Pro's" players were changing of equipment so that the game did not become boring and only one side slaughter. so I have a good memory of the button to switch teams. hopefully return.
Regarding the team balance, I feel that the balance that worked moderately well was in battlefield 4. From then on the later Battlefields They had a disastrous team balance system.
When miracles happened and the teams were balanced, there were incredibly good matches for both sides.
