- @CPT_GASLIGHT just so we know who we are dealing with and to be clear where you stand, you’re suggesting that stealth helos are fine in their current state?

Autoheal seems to heal much more than other helicopters which should be fixed. Maybe increase the flare cooldown and make the bombs unusable during stealth. Other than that, it’s really not that bad.
On the other hand since it is confirmed that they are getting nerfed I’m going to be using these in breakthrough to get the T1 skin before the August patch.
- @CPT_GASLIGHT Fair enough. The problem I have is the fact that the stealth helos are strong versus both air and ground targets no matter the loadout. Not to mention perma stealth along with flares.
Hannibal and Huron loadouts options should be tailored so that the player is having to choose between air v air package or air v ground. Being “glass cannon” strong versus everything and yet weak vs nothing is just plain broken.
It’s incomprehensible that developers and the producers giving the okay on these aircraft saw no issues with letting these things go live. It screams incompetence. - Adamonic4 years agoLegend@Zhukov211 And if people are whining about nerfing things, then buff the Wildcat, extend AA missile range lock and missile speed, increase turret speed; allow Rao's hack to not be detected, allow a 2nd Rao to break firewall faster, and allow armor piercing rounds to break Stealth.
The Stealth helos in their current state, especially in Breakthrough where there isn't even any defender aircraft, are extremely OP. Go get your T1 everyone, what an achievement, display the badge proudly on your player card. Participation Trophy Generation.

Quite right. When one is not good at aiming with guns and keeps getting killed in close combat I believe they choose vehicles

they might as go play with bots as those are about as challenging as flying a Stealth right now These Stealth Helicopters are a joke in Breakthrough, they are unkillable. Pretty much an exploit of mechanics, fly over hit HE Bombs and flares before you get hacked then just fly away and wait for cooldowns, not even TV rockets can hit them because for some reason the damn Heli flies much faster than a rocket does, because you know screw physics. If you are going to leave them the way it is at least give both teams the same loadout the whole game so there is a fighting chance.
- Adamonic4 years agoLegend@Reap148 lol, others will say that they "think they're very fun and should be left alone".
They are OP in general, but in BT when you don't have any aircraft as a defender, they are unkillable. BT is unplayable as a defender and it was already bad before.
The best thing to do is just quit if you end up as a defender on BT like everyone else is doing lately. Its Crazy, can have the entire squad standing ready with rockets and Rao hacking asap. Can even try and grab the wildcat with AA cannons and it still isn't bothered. Can just fly over and carry on like we don't even exist. At the very least the Heli shouldn't be notified when its getting hacked so you can get it by surprise and prevent the flares.
