How to have 2042 Legacy Classes & New Specialist Sys ? Portal 2042 legacy

Well i am kinda getting tired of the baseless division based on taste about the new vs old ... Portal was created with " Legacy features " in mind . But sadly they ommited to create a " Legacy mode "...

It is harder with the current system.  It is fine for players who just want to start a server and have some fun, but not optimal for Clans who want to build a community.

Empty servers are a waste ... thats a thing .. Also i feel these request are to " Controle " or capitalize on " community building at the detriments of others .. But at the same time I dont see how a " huge community could not setup their servers and organize trough discord etc.. to reopen one when enough community members are online ..

Now that EA have democratised the ability to start private servers you are considering its a bad thing ? You prefer them charging peoples and screw those who couldnt pay ? I do not get how beneficial this could ever be ...

As for clans as i said multiples time already . we should have in game clan support ... Hell even warzone a 4 player max game has a clan support lol

And as for Lobby size we should be able to get at least 16 players lobby to start a matchmaking ... Games like MAG had 32 players lobbys so a clan of 32 players were able to get into a game all toghueter trough matchmaking .. A feature like this in and out of itself would bring Clans and players teamplay to a whole another level .. trust me

Yet this so call " community " feeds on drama and are not interested into improoving the game or into " compromise " and i had proofs of that time and time again sadly ..

    No you misunderstand me. I do not want to change Free Servers, only add the possibility of paying for your own server in the portal with more options than the free servers.

    @SirBobdk Well i still do not see the benefits of this the currentbsystem is fair to everyone and give everyone a chance to have the available playerbase joining their servers instead of having few servers monopolising and controling portal servers playerbase ..

    thats said i just hope if they decide to experiment with gadjets locks to certain classes etc.. they will do so in the apropriate chanel wich is portal .. And wont change AOW as it is besides maps improovements and balance pass

    i like how the specialists are now.  they can do anything they like in portal but they should leave AOW alone

    @Psubond Well i agree current AOW dhould be left as is and improoved the " design attempt " for the legacy style changes should be experimented i portal and see if their popularity is enough to justify a AOW official mode ..

    But the AOW standard should remain the same design durection otherwise they might loose players ?
