How to report a game bug???

Question

I’m not able to find a way to report a (technical) game bug (for BF2042) anywhere, the “How to contact EA Help” just redirects you to the forum, or gives a selected number of options, without anything about reporting a game bug.

Perhaps there is a way to create a ticket/fill in a form, but then it is well hidden. If there isn’t a way to create a ticket/fill in a form at all, it literally means there is no support for reporting a game bug. According to EU law, where companies are required to provide efficient, personalized and cohesive customer support, it seems EA is breaking this law.

Despite laws and ethics, I just want to report a game bug… that’s all I want to do. Does anyone know if there is a way to do so which I missed, beside the community forums?

If someone from EA is reading this, please fix your customer support…

Hey there, you can report a game bug by creating a new topic under the Bug Report Section for the game you want to report. For BF2042, please create a new topic here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/battlefield-2042-bug-reports-en

It will provide you with a template to fill in order to report the bug

And how do you report madden 24? Or NHL 24? Or F1 24? Basically, where is this mythical “bug report form” your articles talk about filling out? EA really needs to focus a little more on customer support.
