How we can make Air vehicles Evenly matched

we all find Helicopter pilots a bit OP now we are all OP in them. it has noting to do with there guns its that they can run away and escape and heal and be fine. so i am gonna list some things we can do to make aircrafts evenly matched.

1. Helicopters and the condor have a 10 seconds to come back in the map when leaving the on foot zone of the map and the timer resets after 8 seconds of being in the map.
 
2. you can only have a limited number of repairs that don't regenerate. 

3. you can only have 1 of the 2 on your chopper so either the repair system or the smoke.

4. increase the speed and damage of the stinger, lis's G-84 TGM, Sundance's Anti armor grenade.

5. Thanks to a person who commented i decided to add there should and Extra 1.5 - 2 Seconds added to the flare timer.

  • Nerfing five areas at once is a recipe for over nerfing.

    Also I believe any nerfs need to be targeted to solve a specific problem.

    I don't really find Stealth helis+average pilot to be a problem.

    I do find Stealth helis+ace pilot to be a problem.

    Any nerf should be targeted towards the ace pilots and really the only way to manage that is via some form of attrition - limited flares or limited self repair.  I'm sure DICE has the internal data to make an informed decision on how many flares/repairs average pilots are using per life.  DICE would just need to set a limit slightly above that.

    1. Make each air Vehicles special, that means:

    - Scout has ALOT of agility and flying fast but weak armor. Additional add a spotting Device that Spott & Marks automatically when you look at enemys, vehicles and gadgets and remove the spotting seat.
    Maybe remove rocket pods

    - Attack Chopper is Tanky and has a powerfull destruction kit ( TV Missile for Gunnerseat), survives 2 Stinger missiles or one m5 shot.
    Not that agile becouse of heavy weapons and being tanky.

    - Stealth Heli favours a Hit&Run playstyle at the cost of uptime, that means:
    -Remove the Flare Recharge while being in Stealth, Flares only Recharge while being out of stealth.
    - Remove the Repair system.
    - Add Rocketpods for them and remove the 30mm maingun
    -Reduce the reload time of the EMP shot from the gunnerseat

    Slightly increase the splash damage from the HE Bombs at vehicles and Infantry.

    Yep I think the introduction of stationary AA would help a lot, and I agree Kaleidoscope is particularly bad due to the skyscrapers.

     I also think they need to take a look at flare regen times.

    make stealth helos choose between flares and stealth, remove all cannons from transports

    For me the biggest is the auto-regeneration. I'd say you can keep the repair button, as long as it is a diminishing returns button, but the auto-heal no longer exists. If you want to heal, have [or have a co-pilot/passenger] with a repair tool. It has two benefits, it keeps them out of the fight for longer if they decide to stay back, or it cycles through the vehicles/pilots possibly faster, and may allow to actually go back to having more than 1 in the sky at once.
