Btw. when I speak of clan stacking, it’s multiple clans stacking together on the same team.
For example if we have a match where 2-3 different clans, all with very good players, deliberately switch to the same team, it’s clear they’d rather be on the same side and have an easy game instead of having a more tough match fighting each other on seperate teams.
A whole clan stacking together on the same team is also problematic because, again, it creates an easy match for the clan members. I do understand the fun in playing together as a clan, it just typically ruins the match for the opponent team.
Saying “people should just learn how to play together” is fine on paper, but everyone who’s tried Battlefield knows it’s not so easy making randoms cooperate and play well together.
Yes this is the exact issue and I am seeing it nearly all the time I’m playing… Organised clans are grouping together on one team ONLY TO MAKE IT A EASY WIN for themselves … The balance is the key issue but the deliberate stacking is akin to stat padding which is banned in many other games .. These clans are just farming stats and kd

There's a clue there isn't there? If you see it all the time there is a fair chance that this is how the game should be played?

If you take the game seriously (as some do) then teaming up with mates is a natural thing to do. There is no functional difference except that you have more players who are familiar with each others roles and play style and they probably have good coms set up. Are we saying that these people should not be able to play? Yes, they will win if they do not face a similar team (not always though), but to be honest, back in the BF2 hay-day, everyone had a clan tag next to their name. We now have a game where lone players want to change the functionality of the game because they lose. It is, and always was a team game - by definition, we are simulating (ish) warfare, and as such the most organised teams win, and in my book that is perfectly correct.
Same argument i've heard about Warzone when Jack Fraggs, Westie, Broken Machine and Stodeh mop up BR quads. Good on them I say, they are playing the game at it highest level - that is what it was designed for. I'm by no means a great player, but I would hate to see either game dumbed-down because some players want to play without attempting to communicate with their team-mates.
