Currently in BFV, a squad of 4 coordinated experienced players is able to easily turn the tides of the game when the opposite side solely consists of random players. That would make the game quickly lose fun for random players and end up lopsided.Will there be any improvements on this side in BF2024?

@BinaryNinja no it wont... BF is a teamorientated game and encourages to team up and dominate the game.Can I change the question around: Why wont you start playing together with other players?Worst case scenario is you will be meeting players from different places and have fun...

@DeathRaven_1983 The problem is not the game or the "team balancer" in general, the Problem is YOU (probably Playstyle) and probably mostly your TEAM.Battlefield is a "TEAM"-based arcade like shooter with a "Battlefield-themed" Sandbox.EA/DICE also implemented a "Clan/Platoon" System.A Platoon plays together or if they want to against each other but mostly they will and want to play together.That's the "reason" because "Platoons" exist in general.So if people like me want to play with 12+ people on one site in a "Party-System" on an official DICE server (because on RSP Servers you have to "follow" stupid rules or get's kicked for playing "good") without to play against each other, then it is achieving the mostly whished "Teamplay".Yes, a good Platoon can win rounds, but after a few rounds also the "Platoon" site will loose.We also notice sometimes the opposite effect so even a nearly entire random team can also win, but what I want to say is, as long the Platoon are no strictly "military" organized Platoon where everyone has to follow "Orders" and "Playstyles" , you can also win against Platoon teams when your Team is playing good. Most platoons are "fun" based or "casual" so you don't have to be afraid, play a few rounds against them and you will notice you can also beat them.

it's not toxic, just the devs need to balance things better. It's rare for me to play on a real clan stacked server (3 or 4 full squads) so i think its a small problem. On those very rare occasions i just swap server if things are the same on the next map.

its not that.... its the presence of helis and jets on every map with tanks... air vehicles ruin the game.... just having infantry and tanks is actually fun and more balanced. On Zavod I always go 40+/0 because I know how to use the ifv; no clan is stopping me on that map.... but i cant count how many times a cheap heli or jet takes out my tank after another tank or infantry has damaged it... its air vehicles that ruin the game, not clans....

@Jesse165 So you expect players that meet each other for the first time to play as a team and compete against a coordinated clan that have been playing together for several years?

@DeathRaven_1983 It's a lot better than your plan to stop everyone from being able to play with their friends.

What you want to do is like having all the players in the EPL, NFL, NHL, MLB and all other team sports leagues go to a completely random team at the beginning of every season and every player keeps switching to random teams the next season. (Tom Brady would have been on 21 different teams by now if this was the case since the beginning)

Wait a minute.... won't your 40 victims on Zavod be saying " its tanks that ruin the game, not clans". You may be a brilliant player, but a 40/0 KDR? Always worry about team play when I see high kills and no deaths (but there's another thread going on that question)

You mean a team draft system or salary cap to try and keep teams even in a league.

If the armatures agreed to the match than that is their own fault. Nothing in life is fair. You either adapt to defeat your enemies on the Battlefield or you will die every time.

I'm done arguing. They are never going to stop people from being able to play with their friends no matter how much randoms hate it.
Period. Just give up because they are never going to stop it and they shouldn't.
Battlefield is a Team Game and that is never going to change.
