Why so late?
Me and others have been asking it for years. It seems to have been added to BF4 and 2042 so late that I have already lost most of my drive to play the respective games.
It will definitely motivate me to do some 2042 again, but geez, next time do not wait 2 years to implement a requested gun.
RanzigeRidder2gun has been giving me rage fits this morning/early afternoon. Like you said, Talk about underwhelming.

I run wrapped suppressor, laser, and in the other 2 underbarrel slots the smoke and HE launcher.
Between the M5A3 (My most used gun which I think is pretty much useless now) and trying to T1 the AN-94 I want to pull my hair out. Man LMGs and SMGs outgun me even from range.
What is everyone using for the AN-94 as a set up?
Apart from its weakness it has quite some (visual) recoil in full auto too.
And it wins the award for the gun with the worst iron sights in the game!
I will T1 it only to have all ARs completed again, but not with joy I expect.
the "superburst" mode feels a lot weaker than it should be.
As is the issue with most vault weapons, compared to AOW BF2042 era guns they almost all seem underpowered.
Oh and give us T1 skins for vault weapons too!
I was so happy to have the AN-94 finally added. But I was kind of underwhelmed by it. Doesn't feel powerful enough to me. Also feels like the bullets are really random at times. Just doesn't feel jacked up enough to be in AOW.
