I pre-ordered BF2042 but have not received my beta key from reseller?

I have pre-ordered the special edition of BF2042, but the reseller have not given us the codes for the beta, they should've gone out this morning. They state they have not received them yet. Is this anything you guys know of, or can help with? Since without the code many of us who orderered at bol.com here in the Netherlands cannot receive our early acces, which obviously we should have.

Is this something known to you guys? Thanks in advance would love to know if there is anything to get the key before early acces starts tommorow.

    This may be a frustrating answer but I'm pretty sure this isn't resolvable at EA's end - it's for the reseller to address and they should not be fobbing you off, to be honest.

    Hi @Lyxess ,

    You just have to mark the full BF2042 game, to be scheduled for download onto your game platform.

    Next you can simply go back into your gamestore/playstore and search and find the new BF2042 Beta game app also.  This will now allow you to download this direct for free to your game platform.

    You can also post on the forum area specifically for the Beta testing here, as that is dedicated to everything about the beta and many there also happy to help you out if more problems should arrive:

    The issue is that i did not buy a digital edition of the game, its the steelbook version for pc, which is a code in a box i believe. But therefore the early acces keys should've been sent by them but they werent. So I will not have the full game on my ea account at the moment.

    Yeah they havent sent anything out. I checked everything and contacted them twice and both times they said they dont know why they dont have them. Then they said i should wait it out and will probably get it in the mail last night, that didnt happen and now they said i should receive it this morning, that also didnt happen in time for the early acces beta to start.

    So i really have a hard time believing them that they even sent anything. I pre-ordered two weeks ago and checked literally every folder in my mail thorougly both on my phone, browser, and website and its not there.

    I know you can probably not really do anything about that but i just wanted to know where the problem lies, since i pre-ordered specifically for the early acces beta because i cant be playing this weekend and really wanted to test out the game.

    Yeah i agree, altough after being in contact 3 times they still said yeah they might be sent today, so wait. Its honestly ridiculous for the biggest store in the netherlands. Customer service just repeats for me to wait and keeps changing the time. I know its not up to EA but i was just curious if they knew anything about it or could help.

    I am just gonna cancel the pre-order there and get it somewhere else since this is honestly terrible service imo.
