I still miss the "All chat" (global chat on the chatbox with both teams)

One of the things that I cannot get used to is not being able to see any banter with the enemy team. I even miss the troglodytes who write "ez" even if the were on the bottom end of the winning team.

In past games I had the opportunity to strike up a chat with even enemy players about subjects like the status of ingame assets, hardware performance, loadouts, etc. I even made some friends there. My current platoon were people who were on the enemy team when I met them and saw they were recruiting.

Sure there are some people who will say nasty things for one reason or another.

But guess what?! These people are still able to do the same things now just only towards their own team. Even in 2042 I have had several instances of players getting into a heated argument with me or others.

But that was easily fixed when I found that I could mute them and ever see what they write ever again, as if they never existed.

TLDR:

Please give us back the "All Chat" tab on the chat box. The game experience is plain worse without it. Any undesirables are easily muted in 2042.

You are not protecting us or fostering a healthy community by limiting out communication ingame.

Edit: You can make it so the All chat is a toggle that is "off" by default too so people have to consent to dealing with what they read in there.
