The inability to kick people from your squad or to make it private is not helping PTFOing
If anything it keeps us open to intentional or unintentional game-play molestation/harassment by strangers towards players with a more specialized playstyle such as chopper duos.
Dearest Straatford, please be a dear pass to the relevant people that they should focus on "think" (insert "think mark" meme) instead of "feel" 😉 This is not the girls math class from the Simpsons. This is Battlefield.

@UP_HawxxeyeLmao imagine that one guy on your squad camping from spawn and you can't even remove him when you're actually trying to push the enemy.I do not need to imagine it cause I have EXPERIENCED it. On several BF titles.
I do not understand how the same DICE that is intimate with Battlefield Friends, is blind to the fact that The Noob is representing a real, large and not at all exaggerated portion of the player base

I get kicked sometimes but almost always it’s okay.
*) If I’m squadding with players who are significantly better than me. Then I usually get to squad with them if I PTFO, if I’m a good squad player and I don’t make any big mistakes. Then I get kicked whenever they have a buddy who wants to join (= who is at their skill level / significantly better than me)
*) If I run off for myself instead of playing as a squad
*) If I get hung up i.e. defending an objective while the others have moved on. Then I usually rejoin and say sorry. Then I pay attention afterwards and don’t lag behind, Then I’m fine.
Probably more cases I don’t remember off the top of my head.
There are also squad leaders who are, frankly, morons and may kick if:
*) Squad leader is using a vehicle and I’m there too. Then if the vehicle gets damaged, the squad leader sometimes expects you to more or less jump out in the middle of combat to repair, which almost always is pure suicide. So I can get kicked for refusing to do it.
*) Squad leader dies way out in the open. I don’t attempt revive because it’s too risky. Squad leader gets mad and kicks me out.
*) I join a squad - squad leader kicks me out immediately. I rejoin, same thing happens. I then conclude he’s probably squadding with a buddy and don’t want others to join. TBH this is totally ok with me so this should have been put up above under cases where kicking IMO is fine.
Edit:
*) Some squad leaders will kick you if you’re blocking him in a doorway, even though it may have been a total coincidence that he’s trying to run in while you’re trying to go out.
