I see some serious gaslighting in this thread but have yet to see a valid argument AGAINST having a kick/ban/lock ability, these fundamental tools are needed to "manage" a squad.
What is being proposed is not "Squad Management" it's just an XP boost for following squad orders that's it, nothing more, nothing less but it definitely IS NOT "Squad Management."
If the reason these tools are being excluded is simply because some gooey-soft players feelings need to be spared, the state of on-line gaming has really turned into something hasn't it?

It seems like the forces that sabotaged 2042 by striping it from iconic BF functionality are still fighting for dominance in the backstage.
If DICE is concerned about who is hurting them, they need to first look within instead of without.
