I am sure if they did release something similar to BF3 & 4 people would be bitching nonetheless saying we want something different!

@CantGetRight Someone will always complain. There's just no way to make everyone happy but if you read the reviews on Steam battlefield 2042 is really horrible. The price is the same as if it had a campaign which it doesn't. You have 2 basic pvp options Conquest or Breakthrough both without server browsers so you don't get to choose the map.
Hazzard zone is a weird pve/pvp mix with 4 players working together without VOID and it's hit and miss on if you get a ok team. You really need to group with friends using a 3rd party voice chat.
Portal is mostly pve with some populated pvp servers. The AI proforms badly and isn't challenging or fun.
All the missing features which EA calls "legacy" is expected for all games. I'm talking about the basic things like in game scoreboard, world leader boards, personal stats, void. I've played many alphas that had more content than 2042 which is supposedly a full release.
