@BuzzfunkThen show me the numbers of how many people are playing the game on every platform and those that are on social media hating on the game. I guarantee you the latter are in the minority and the majority are actually enjoying the game! Also if the numbers are reversed then I will shut the hell up!
@CantGetRightPlaying does not mean enjoying. Why aren't the player stats on steam signifcantly better than the stats of bf5? 6000 players more than bf5. Really bad for a fresh released game. By the way, Farming Simulator has more players in steam 😃

@ErdolfErdoganThen why even play if you don't enjoy the game? Just like I've asked before why are you on a 2042 forum if you don't like/hate the game? Or is it to annoy and ruin the experience for the ones that do enjoy the game? Not you specifically but others here.

@CantGetRightI am here because I am an angry customer understandably to vent that dipleasure.
And yes some people play that game even if they are not happy with it because they paid a lot money for it. Their hope is that the next patch will correct everything. But in a few weeks they recognize, that nothing positive will happen. Trust me in 4-8 Weeks there will be only the half of the players left.
To me it seems like you have Stockholm Syndrome. Did you pay the 100 bucks for the ultimate edition? This would explain your blinkers regarding to the low quality of the game

This has been debunked already. Steam is just one of the many ways PC users log in. You need to look at the total PC users, which that data is not available, otherwise you are just doing fun by numbers.

Since we don't have server player count stats across all platforms it is literally impossible to determine if there is a max exodus or not. Don't be fooled by the loud complainers here with their multiple accounts, the forums actually is the minority. It only consists of a very small fraction of the player base voicing their opinions. The majority don't join forums or disscusion boards to share their opinion; they either silently play the game or move onto a different game.
Also it is fair to note there was a huge dip in BF4 at launch as well due to its game breaking issues. After the major patch fixes, and DLC launch, player base increased again. Heck BF4 population spiked when BF2042 was close to launch, based on that one could make a conclusion that more people started buying BF4 again or that people enjoyed BF4 suddenly over BFV but you and I both no that wasn't the reason behind the spike.
