also, it seems to me that most of the content creators are only pointing at the bat things and things they dislike...
as I state before no one who is enjoying the game, is denying that BF2042 has is issues but there are still so many good things that works and only a few content creators picking this up
so, for me it is waste of time watching these videos over and over with nothing new in it, it seems to me that jumping on bandwagons brings more click and money for them
See you on the Battlefield
- CountSero5 years agoSeasoned Ace@Man_iLoveFishing oh, so now I'm ignorant that I say that steam is for me not the biggest platform on PC for Battlefield?
I have the same opinion like @trip1ex and I think player always had their Battlefield games on Origin including their friends which they played with
Also, you could get BF2042 cheaper for Origin, direct on origin (via ea play) or via key seller (also for origin) this are all things that you should consider.
Yeah, the numbers are dropping and they always will do till the point is reached where only player are gaming which are the new core players for this specific game. This was always so.
And I never had denied that BF2042 has is issues with performance, bugs and missing QoL but yeah you know me…. 😉
Also, what makes you an experienced player? why you think I’m not an experienced player? have you made an assumption ? oh no...
Now I make an assumption to your person it seems to me that you had high expectations and personal preferences that not got fulfilled and with you frustration you only see the worst things.
You are impatient and can’t wait those things get fixed even that DICE had brought us a patch every week since official release…
So, see you on the Battlefield- Man_iLoveFishing5 years agoSeasoned Ace@CountSero You need to chill out, I posted before video of silk gaming explaining what is going on and his angle of view. I never reffered my self as experienced gamer. Read our conversation please. You quoted me.
World is not turning around you, if for you it's not biggest platform it's fine, but overall it's biggest in the world. I am steam user for about 16 years. I know how it works, you don't need real money to pay if you have skins/inventory to sell on steam. They can go from 0.005 cents to 5k dollars. So basically you trade pixel item for a game that you rolled from 3 dollars worth box. I sold my stuff to buy other games.
I don't mind if dice brings patch, tell me how often you see someone asking new skins when game is not working? Priorities. It's been almost month and games memory leak hasn't been fixed yet.- CountSero5 years agoSeasoned Ace

@CountSero And it's fine to be ignorant, but question is more about how experienced player sees and marks stuff out. Can't be really denial of existing bugs and mistakes.
So, you wrote 2 sentence I think there is not much space 😉
Yes, steam is the biggest gaming platform on PC but how long EA is now supporting Steam again? Somewhat between 1 maybe 2 years now? so most of the Battlefield Fans and so-called veterans are still playing on Origin.
And with my original post I have questioned that, the steam numbers are the real thing, when on PC origin is the home base. Also, I think that console have a bigger base than PC
I know how the market place is working on Steam but this has nothing to do with BF2042, they never will put in skin to sell on the market place. I don’t think that EA will get into it related to cross platform gaming.
I think that now nobody is asking for skins but I also have no problem when they in the game and so there a many other players that don’t mind it when there are skins
imo this seasonal event was already in the game on release and they only need to activate it on the server (there where many player which could see the weekly things already due to a bug)
Also, I don’t want to attack or offend you but when I did, I’m sorry mate.
Unfortunately, here are too many players which are frustrated and projecting their disappointment into a hate train and spitting out the same thing every day.
Unfortunately, most of the Battlefield had a rough start and in comparison, BF4 was the worst one on release related to bugs and sever stability.
Yes, BF2042 has issues with performance, Bugs and Qol (as I wrote before) but still the base of the game is good and has much potential for a good battlefield gameand DICE is on a good Way with every patch, so I’m willing to wait.
So see you on the Battlefield
