If this is all true, then the BF series is dead

When will dice and ea get it through their thick skulls? We don't want to play a hero shooter/special characters fighting against each other. We want to play battlefield. You all had a unique series ...

@Man_iLoveFishing you seem to be insinuating that for some reason steam players are the only ones that dislike the game and that the whims of players on one platform.... despite the fact that they are all playing the exact same game with the exact same faults.... is in no way indicative of the games favorability on other platforms...

@Thursdayz_Child Exactly, if one of the biggest platforms on pc player count drops, why wouldn't others drop? Because on origin game feels somehow better, or or on console? It's not about accurate count, more about the point. Steam is just an example. Don't think other platforms are somehow "happier".

Agree, it would be strange if the attitude towards BF2042 were to be different on stream than other platforms. It is probably quite representative.
