DICE Team@Straatford87 I am fairly new here, can you explain why I spawn into a match that just ended, then have to go thru the entire MM process again?
I have literally entered a match on the EOR scoreboard, got 0 pts, was last on the scoreboard, and made fun of in chat before getting sent back into the MM spin-o-rama.
This is my spawning experience in the MM casino:
1. Join an existing match = 90% of the time
2. Join a map I do not like = 85% of the time
3. Join a map I just played = 75% of the time
4. Spend several minutes looking for players after ending a full match = 69% of the time
5. Join a match that is about to end, on the losing team = 62% of the time.
6. Join a match that has already ended = 10% of the time.
7. 50% of the time, I am correct 100% of the time.
In the game, the worse experience for me as a new player is the performance, random TTK/TTD (I think it is called) and the delayed mouse input.
Out of game, the worse experience is the matchmaking process. I can't select a mode and map I want to play. Also, when some of my favorite game modes become available, they only last for a few days and are replaced with boring ones.
Is there a GUI window that could be built, like a big table that could list the server or instance name, the game mode, the number of players, and my ping to that instance? I just downloaded Visual Studio and made a template in about an hour and I just asked ChatGPT for the code in C++. So it seems like it could be done fairly quickly by actual professional developers.
