Is it really necessary to wait 3 months for a gun balance?

If they wanted, they could have fixed that very easily. But they always try to keep any weapon OP that is in the last battle pass until to sell 'level skips' to new players. Those weapons will be nerfed by the start of the next season (for the RM68 this is now season 5), when the next OP AR will be in the game (and will remain unnerfed until season 6 or at least until basically every player has access to it anyway).

The fact that they now also finally nerf the G57 seems to indicate that there will be a new OP burst fire pistol coming with S5.

The atrocious gun and vehicle balance is the primary reason why I can't enjoy the game much. Then there's also the lack of many different guns, previous BF's had way more.

Been waiting a year and a half for gun balance.

Why would we expect it now?

A mounted .50 cal on a tank takes multiple hits to kill but the crossbow is a 1 shot kill.

That is a microcosm of the game itself and the reason why the servers are empty this morning, no balance.

@InsidiuZBeen waiting for 1,5 year for any major balance happening on gunplay and vehicles.

Looking back at BF4 and BFOne and BFV... they received regular updates that made changes to the many (including most used) weapons.

Looking at the focus points DICE is concentrating on for BF2042... I wouldn't say DICE doesn't care about it, but they probably dont care about it.

@KunstulaIt's almost like the major gundesigners and devs responsible for vehicle and their physics left DICE a while ago out of frustration over the management, with scarce new ones gradually returning to fill their positions. I cant come up with any other explanation.
