The way the NB has been implemented has killed the game for me. Too OP, buggy and almost impossible to counter. And despite huge calls from the community to do something about it, DICE just keep buffing it and nerfing any chance of a counter. It dominated many rounds I've played to the point where people start to leave. No incentive to team up and take it out (because that's what's needed), so the flybois are free to farm. Totally ruined the franchise and I've already vowed not the pre-order the next game until I see for myself what the infantry:vehicle balance is like - because in 2042 it's been all wrong since day 1 and DICE have done nothing to fix it.
Its not bug. Its dodging. You can do with hokum and apache also, on them its harder to dodge. You need to have precise speed and angle for that.
I have looked through my clips of the game and found one from about a year ago and the same bug happens.
And the Nightbird didn't "dodge" and didn't do a barrel roll so that's completely wrong as an excuse.
And as you can clearly see in this clip here at the second missile they didn't "dodge" or do anything special and still got hit for only 10 damage.
It is simply ridiculous!
@XXXSELVERXXXYou dont do barell roll, its the angle of vehicle, it might go pass you or explode near you, thats when you might get hit indicator.
Edit: And the movement for dodge needs to be done only after missile launch, in some cases it happens by accident before launch. Takes some good anticipation and for very experienced pilot chances are actually close to 50/50. Mostly wont work if caught off guard. In your clip he was following ur shots, cause you were predictable, shot n shoot.
Edit2: im telling that in my perspective of flying bird. Exactly how you hold lock on me and im ready for dodge. That means, im not shooting you and trying to hold that angle.
