I can confirm this - the game let me map both a controller and my joystick (not at the same time, obviously). It was awesome to take the nightbird for a spin - it's a seriously agile aircraft.

Now I have to get used to flying again - I haven't flown seriously since BF2.

This was my main reason for not buying the game.

Dont think Its worth full Price but may buy it next time Its on sale. MM is still a problem. A server browser is neaded.

Yep MM is definitely still a problem and the sooner we get a server browser the better but I am glad to see that they have added Joystick Support at last.!

how did you map it?

I have had the same problem in the past

The x52 have a minimouse on the throttle that might have to be disabled using the x52 config software.

it can also be the “slider” on the throttle. Try center it.

what mouse and keyboard are you using. I have had problems with keyboard with a mini mouse or raser software that conflict with the x52 driver.

For eksampel I`m using the Logitech G13 and have to remove hid driver every time I log into BFV just to get the x52 working.

Were you able to map your POV E and W to freelook left and right in pilot controls?  It seems they do nothing.  I verified the button was working within windows control panel/joystick section.  It's frustrating because when avoiding missle locks you want to be able to view left and right and you can't really see far enough with 3rd person or chase cam.  Let me know your experience and joystick settings.  I also am curious of your joystick sensitivity settings the 3rd option i reduced to 75-80% it feels a bit unsmooth.  Thanks!  I use the logitech 3d pro wingman as well.
