Yeah. No wonder people are asking for their money back. I truly think the game was behind and didn't have any additional content ready for season 1. DICE was hoping they would have some ready for March but when everyone started in on them they had to take a step back and fix the game which put them behind working on the content.

@CantGetRight I have one of the fastest PCs you can build these days, as well as a 100Mb pipe. The freezes are consistent and especially happen in CQB, the frame will stop for almost a full second, then jump 2-3 times, resulting in my inability to aim, which I am then dead. Hell, even using the SOFLAM scanning the horizon, it will freeze, then jump beyond where I was trying to look 2-3 times. My ping is usually at 42. All this started after the "maintenance" they did.

BFV had exactly the same issues as BF2042, the game was not ready, content was coming very slow.But 2042 is still the biggest embarrassment for Dice - the game is fails on both design and execution.They should actually have scrapped most of the game after the beta and pushed the release for at least a year. They knew it would fail but released it anyway which is a big FU to the players.

COD Vanguard is already releasing Season 2. "Live service" doesn't mean the updates start a year after the game is launched. I can't believe this was screwed up so badly again.

Just to be clear, this game is a live service?

@CantGetRight Not to mention the game is almost rendered useless since the server updates on 2/8. The lag and freezing is terrible.

COD Vanguard is already releasing Season 2.

@Ahhnuld I have noticed some lag but not too much and no freezing here. What system are you on? And I am on a 20 Mbps connection here lol. Can't get fast internet in the country.

@rippedwire01 I am conflicted about the pause in Live Service. On the one hand, I expected more content by this time, but on the other, rushing to get the content out earlier without proper QA and debugging might actually be worse than a delay.

I want this game to succeed, and I honestly don't care how long it takes to get it right. The Live Service delay puts the onus squarely on the DICE devs to deliver a polished and nearly flawless experience this Summer.

@Ahhnuld Sorry to hear that and yea I don't think it is as optimized on the PC as it is on the consoles. Which is a shame but I had to abandon PC gaming for consoles a while back myself.

@CantGetRight Yeh, it does suck. I get wiped all over the map by Xboxers. They are synced ahead and any face to face encounters end up with them making impossible fast and accurate shots.
