@Trokey66 Clicking on L2 snaps my crosshair to the enemy player. I call that aim assist and I absolutely did not have any fun using it but it'll be even more frustrating if I'm the only one who turns it off. Not saying controllers shouldn't use it but it just isn't my thing and it doesn't feel very engaging or rewarding to me. And if you are telling me the entirety of aim assist system wasn't available in the beta then I really wish they add M&K support sooner. This is just not how I like to play a FPS game.
I've attached a clip as evidence. Me snapping onto my target. I consider this aim assist. But it doesn't mean I'm against this feature. It just isn't for me and I'm sure that there are people who enjoy using this and I respect that.
P.S - Idk how to make the video any bigger but I hope it's visible.

Try now. Hope it is sufficient evidence for what I was talking about- Its_Travis_1994 years agoHero+
According to the clip it seems that there is some sort of aim assist enabled by default, and just no seperate setting for it ro turn ON or OFF. At least for the Beta there wasn't.
Maybe it was a default setting that it's only being activated when target is in a certain amount of range.
Usually if we have an aim assist in the game we'll also have to option to either use it or not.

- 4 years ago@Its_Travis_199 Could be.. this only worked at small to mid ranges and not at long ranges. And like I said, this is my first controller FPS game I've played that has aim assist so I don't know the extent of it in previous games but so far I really did not feel rewarded getting kills with it. Really wish the devs consider M&K support if I am in a crossplay lobby.
