Ea u need to do what ps5 done and ban this * from controllers on Xbox it’s unfair game play no recoil etc it’s a joke games been out a week and scripts being used already by low life’s that can’t learn a game. step up and and get rid off the scum and for mouse and keyboard on console get a life guys go play on pc if u want that * ur just poor and can’t afford a pc

Reason why we are many that do not want M&K enabled for the BF gameplay on the PS5 console!
Certainly NOT if placed into the same lobby as us playing with the standard PS5 controller.
- @CyberDyme The "many" of you seems to be quite a few... You're the only user with "experience" in this forum that has actually stated that does not want MnK. The rest are jost trolls IMO (and are not more than 5 or 6 in the 9xx pages of this topic).
And with your statement I just see that you don't want a fair experience at all. (not an aggression, just an observation =) ). There are more than 10k petitions to enable the support vs you and few other that does not want it.
Fair game is the ability to choose whatever input of your own choice, and if you don't like it the solution it's pretty simple, as many others has stated, just don't use it. But don't MAKE the assumption that everyone is wrong and you're not just because you think it don't belong, when the truth is that it DOES. Many other titles has it and nobody is complaining about it.
If you are a PC player that would be a very unfair thing though. - @CofranOPC I didnt understand either what that guy is saying, everyone isnt playing with everyone? how people are gonna get affected. They just need a simple if else

SimpleThat's my point too.. CoD, WZ, BOCW and Vanguard does not have an input based match making, you can have MnK and cross-play turned off, and you still get competitive lobbies. The cheaters will be always in PC regardless the input.
Cronuss, XIM, and similars are also cheats, and you will have those regardless (again) the input method and the platform. So it is not an excuse to not enable it.
@CofranOPC I've said that to him multiple times and he said as long as it is locked to crossplay he is fine with having the support. And that was the answer from pretty much everyone else who were against this support. That or silence so I don't think there is anyone who is against this.
I don't understand how the devs can make controversial changes to the game without hesitation but skip out or think so long to add a positive feature with barely any drawbacks. It's appalling. I wonder how their "investigation" is going on.
So, not official answer about this topic from before launch day.

A lot of people think adding in M&K support for consoles means controller users will now have to face M&K even when they turn off crossplay. I guess that's the source of all resistance. This exposure should help but I've seen people who comment against the support without even watching lossy's videos. I hope the devs think for themselves and assess the situation and see through this.
If the devs temporarily add this support for data collection it should clear things up for everyone.
