No Reason Bans Accross battlefield

I know there's nothing that can be done here but it is more of a vent on this platform, A lot of people are flooding this platform wondering why they got banned myself included. User's have been playing this game for years and even loyal user's who have followed EA for longer have been getting banned and EA support doesn't seem to help at all since that's their whole department is to help the community but won't do anything. 

They won't even give proof or any explanation as to why people are getting banned and always send copy and paste responses. That's not helping the community when you only give no effort into helping or figuring out what's happening. I know people cheat and get banned for it but with how many people got mass banned recently there is something wrong with EA's software and they need to look into it and figure out what i going on. People have been getting upset at this issue and since EA support won't help they have resorted to reaching out to single developers on their social's just to get some help. The fact that people have to reach out for help outside of your own support system should show that somethings not right and somethings going wrong.

A lot of people have followed EA for long time and played all of their games and spent a lot of money towards this company but then they do this to their community. I know it's not on purpose but with this issue happening your own support system isn't even doing what they were design to do. Giving all these copy and pasted replies and not actually helping in any way at all. 

This may not do anything or help in any way just wanted to vent out about this issue, not expecting sympathy but this is getting out of hand. If they don't fix these issues and their support department then they will lose a lot of players even if we don't want to, but if we aren't allowed to play a game we payed for then we won't want to buy another game from them if this is how they are treated.
