Let people play with bots in Conquest mode without internet connection.

@ZombieP1ow Bots are 'prudent' to the survivability and longevity of a game's multiplayer.

@ChrisAWJBethel I agree, bots prolong the game for a long time. Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield Vietnam and Battlefield 2 are still alive thanks to bots.
