Let people play with bots in Conquest mode without internet connection.

@ChrisAWJBethel Not sure about Portal since those modes will be created here on the EA Battlefield website so it will be online only. This is why it seemed like I was against it earlier in the thread even though I wasn't. I have accepted the fact that Portal will be online only so we can have up to 127 AI Soldiers in those matches.

However they should be able to make the All Out Warfare (2042 Conquest and Breakthrough) available offline even if they have to be smaller matches overall.
