A reason that AoW does not have a server browser is that it puts you on different servers every rounds as opposed to being in one server with a set rotation.
That is why people experience the same map 2+ times in a row.
While this fixes the issue of one server stuck with one good and one bad team for several rounds, the third party server scripts in BF4 could also scramble teams without chancing servers.
