Logitech Promo Reward

There was a promotion where you could buy Logitech products that gave you a code for Battlefield 2042 that you could redeem on Origin. In the game you have then unlocked a special camouflage.

Since I was looking for a new headset anyway, I bought it and redeemed the code for the PBX-45 camo. Extra Content on Origin says I've activated it, but I haven't received anything in-game.

I asked customer service if they could unlock it for me manually like in Battlefield V when content was missing there. They say it doesn't work and I should ask Logitech for another code. After another code it still didn't work.

Additional: I also bought a keyboard and successfully redeemed the code and got the camo for the MCS-880 in game. However, under extra content it doesn't say that I redeemed anything for this camo.

How can I activate the additional content in the game?

    @Dedzigs I've been writing to Logitech Support for 2 days. At the moment I have no information whether you can still get the codes.

    I found something strange. I re-entered the code for the MCS-880 in Origin. Then, of course, it said that it had already been redeemed, but also that it was Promo Offer 2 and not 1. But that can't be at all, because I had the MCS-880 skin for a while.

    Waited the 48 hours and when no one contacted me from Logitech I contacted them myself. Was told the ticket is escalated and I would know in another 24 to 48 hours. lol

    @sk1lld I don't get an answer either and even linked this post to support. I will wait until next week, otherwise I will give up.
