Please no. Everyone wants to make the base movement so slow in this game. They already butchered sliding. I don’t care about the grapple and I also agree Sundance shouldn’t even exist. Movement is fun when you’re moving from point A to point B. It’s something that you should want to learn how to master. Movement tech was the only reason why I played Apex and stayed with it.
In BFV it was a perk you could equip, 60% strafe movement increase while aiming I believe. I always used that on every character. It’s the same speed as Mackay’s boost. So you actually have less movement then the prior BF game, because only ONE specialist has it now.
Then the other thing is that there’s a delay for every action that makes the game feel unnecessarily clunky. It’s not game breaking, but annoying.

MacNeoScrub is OP as FK.

I've no problem with Sundance at all, or any other character in the game for that matter.

Cool, then give every character the ability to equip that perk like in BFV? I'm down for that. Were people complaining about movement in BFV? I don't recall ever seeing an issue with it.
There is no "even playing field" in BF2042 with Specialist, hence the name Specialist. They have a perk, but then someone has a different perk for a different situation. No one is perfect for all situations.
People complaining about MacKay, are you using a controller or MnK? I think the networking needs some work, but movement isn't crazy in this game. People stutter around, but that's something to do with networking.
- @RaginSam main annoying movement issue with BFV was the sliding mechanic that * was so terrible. It was too much like COD.
