Macro use for vehicle spawn spamming allowed?

Hi, the last few days friends and i who are playing have had to deal with a chopper pilot in little bird going basically 100-0 at least every match and dominating every game.  Usually i have no problem shooting down choppers but not this guy, he manages to break lock every time somehow.  Anyway i cant prove anything there however i did catch him using macros to grab the chopper every time.

Said guy in question is a twitch streamer so i thought i would watch him to see if anything sus was going on and lo and behold while he was AFK his mouse moved to a chopper spawn and started spamming the button, it grabbed the chopper which proceeded to fly slowly ahead unattended until it landed softly.

Are these types of vehicle grabbing macros allowed is my question, it seems somewhat cheating to me?

I called him out on it and he said "calm down its just a macro" so he admitted it also.

If not cheating then at least its a pretty lame and unfair  thing to do.
