It seems totally random, but trying to sort through what exactly might be the issue would be WAY too time consuming. Could be related to certain maps not liking each other... maybe because something in our Rules Editor it doesn't like... maybe something with using 2042 operators with 1942 maps... just too many variables to work with and sort through.
Yes, my map rotations have been working fine. It was only one time I had that issue where it started skipping forward after I had used the admin feature to manually skip to the next one.
Mine was a one-off event with this issue so far. Every other time it's worked as it is supposed to.

If it happens again and I can see a pattern / potential cause, I'll let you know.
