@Chris5626 I agree, I have noticed a lot of long distance tank camping on hills which have lead to many spawn / die moments.
The realism is definitely compromised with the lack of characters and as you say makes identification a lot more difficult.
@RayD_O1 I would prefer to be a generic soldier type. I don't see why they can't mutually coexist. In fact, in my opinion, all of the specialists should have been an unlock.
Agree that the two are not mutually exclusive.
We saw a bit of this in BFV. Originally you had your own character but later on they sold premium characters. To be clear I'm not advocating for EA selling characters especially for a game that doesn't actually work.
