Med Bag cooldown needs to be faster to be viable.

@Zhukov211 Agree. It does need a buff. Compared to previous games it reloads way too slow

Passive health regen should only heal back to 75% or 80% max and then you should need a med pack or Falck heals to get back to 100%. 

That coupled with a faster cooldown would make it more appealing.

    @Adamonica faster cooldown is good enough.
    a nerf to the passive health regen would only make falk even more S tier, make Zain go S tier (passive that heals him to full when he kills someone) and every assault in general due to the med pen
