If you want to hunt tanks your best choice should always be a rocket launcher not a rifle.

Something tells me that you are one of the people that sits in a tank camping across the map and got wrecked because you don't move. Just get good and ptfo. I never had a problem in a tank against the NTW-50. I was able to see where they were shooting me from and destroy them before the could even reload a second round because of the extremely long reload time.
Except the rocket launcher is a gadget everyone can carry, the NTW50 is a primary weapon designed to kill tanks. it SHOULD do more than the rocket.

Wrong, Anti-Material rifles are NOT designed to take out tanks. They're designed to take out light armoured vehicles and people on long distances behind cover or such.
Literal Anti-Tank rifles became useless in their role in WW2, because the armor of tanks got thicker.
