Mixed buttons Xbox series controller.

Most recently, the buttons of the xbox controller (from series S) were mixed up.In other games, everything works correctly.Initially, everything was fine, but at the next game session, all the controls got messed up, although I didn't change anything anywhere.For example, when you press the A and B buttons in the game, the DPAD is triggered and flips the menu up or down.That is, I press one button, and the game counts a completely different button.This problem occurs both by wire and by bluetooth.Of all the solutions, I tried to reinstall the game, tried many times to disconnect and connect all USB devices, in the STEAM settings I turned on/disabled steam input, tried different settings, but nothing helped.

    Seriously, though, have you checked the game's controller settings. It's possible you accidently switched the default button/layout to another set. And I mean the game settings. Not Steam (or other) settings.

    Also, since you mentioned STEAM (and USB devices), I gather you are playing on Windows. Very important you specify what platform you are using.

    Hello, thank you for your reply.Indeed, I use Windows, sorry I didn't mention it earlier.I don't think it's a problem to install another layout option in the game.Because the buttons are just messed up.That is, for example, in order to select, you usually need to press A, and to perform the reverse action, press B, and when I press these buttons, the menu scrolls up or down.When I press RB, for some reason, the update news opens for me.And it's impossible to play at all, because everything is random.I reset the default settings of the game, but it didn't do anything, which is obvious.Because the game just counts one button click for a completely different one
