Music is Dull
I'm just saying the music from spawn selection sounds like a fan echoing through the AC vents, and the long boat horn sound when your playing is sad and dull. does not match the reveal trailer's tempo.

We need the Eve of Destruction main menu music back.
Repeat after me brother: TECH-NI-CAL or AL-PHA test.
The devs stripped the Alpha build of almost all essentials in order to focus on what they wanted to achieve in the play test: stress test servers, backend load times, AI implementation and CPU cost to servers, etc. I'm 100% positive you will have better sounds/music/effects once the beta shows up and certainly by the game releases.

I rather like the subtle ambient music and less distracting soundtrack. I can focus more on combat strategies and makes it feel less like I'm at a music concert.

Music for all people, is about changing your mood. You listen to depressive descending tunes, your mood will go downhill as well.
Happy music tends to ascend, makes a bright day mood, all shiny.
Imagine a situation : Some people meet. You shade camera, you add music that signals something bad is around the corner. On the other hand, you dont give any extra shading, put in some happy mood music, all is gonna work nice ... it is going to change your perception especially when you are unaware that music is playing in order to make you connect positive/negative attitudes toward same things based only on music.
bf 1942 music, intro was epic, not depressive end of the world behind the corner mood.
Music is an essential part of propaganda/manipulation by media.I always turn the music off in shooter games. I want to hear the battle sounds, not a soundtrack.
