My account got banned for no reason!

Hi, A message pop up saying that my account got banned and I don't know why!, I never used hacks in any online game and I just buyed a Geforce now and a EA play subcription to play BF2042 then this happened, I can't lose this account it his extremely important to me!, I already contested EA about this but i'm afraid it won't work, 

After doing a search I could see that some people got banned for "boosting", recently I was playing on a server on portal for aiming practice but I didn't gain any xp on it

Can someone help me?

    Hi,

    I’ve have been playing counter strike (1.6/cs/cs2) for more than a decade that includes other first person shooter games too doesn’t that explain my hs%. I don’t know how can I prove this but I never used any hacks or any other software assistance. I just recently bought the game so I can play with my two friends who own the game. Just wanted to enjoy some battlefield with my friends! 

    I may be new to this game but Im not new to first person shooter game.

    If there’s any way I could get my account back that would be great.

    Try to contact EA support @MavCg_308, you don't have any infos ?

    Are you using some keyboard/mouse script or anything else ? Corsair icue etc .. ? You don't get ban for no reason tbh.

    No I don’t use any kind of keyboard and mouse scripts (I have a redgear blaze wired keyboard and a Razer deathadder essential gaming mouse without anything changed in the software not even a single keybind changed.)

    I did raise a dispute twice for ban/suspension only to get a reply that their action on my account was correct for violation of terms. No notices, no infos provided. I honestly don’t know what caused the ban.

    Sorry, but you are someone who barely hits anything with an AR like the AK24 -- that much is clear from your overall accuracy of 13.8%.

    But IF one of your shots hit, then > 1/3 of those are headshots (the 35.8%).

    If you have those stats while in the test range or something, sure, that might be possible. But during normal gameplay, this cannot be explained away. Either someone has hacked your account or you cheat yourself.

    I don't get it why cheaters never admit even if the proof is presented to them. Just take your loss, get a new account and try to say clean. Thank you.

    PS: and yes, playing CS 1.6/CS:GO/... for years also cannot explain those stats. Even very skilled players with good aim (like for instance Baranox just to name one) is not able to do that (his HS% is 21 with the AK). The same goes for Enders (21.3%). And those guys have 6 K/D and play the game for a living and not just as a hobby with friends.

    Sure, hack with Ak24 but not with other guns, I just have over 100 kills with it.

    I don’t get it how a hit ratio on a single gun proves to the community that Im cheating. 
    If what you say is something that is assumed as cheating then this is just ridiculous.

    Anyways thankyou for the reply and the accusation of being a cheater.

    @ForumUser chill out he only have 100kills with the AK, your args are totally irrevelant come on dude use your brain a bit pls...

    Hey there, so if you believe you were banned incorrectly you'll need to contact EA Help to appeal as we are unable to assist with banned accounts on the forums. 

    You can do this by following the instructions here

    As we can't help with this on the forums I'm going to go ahead and close off this thread.
