The responses are hilarious 🤣
While some of the “parenting skills advice” some of y’all are giving have really open my eyes to being a better parent 😂😂.. The bottom line is my kids won’t play the game because of the harsh cussing. While they can play many other shooting games Battlefield just wont one of them.
Fact is mostly kids under 17 are playing shooting games with 17+ rating. I’m not filing a lawsuit or irate.. I’m just simply stating a toggle would be nice for many player that don’t wanna hear trash (me included as a old man)
Pretty sure most kids won’t go shoot people (in real life) but cussing can flow pretty easy when we hear it 24/7. I wish I could turn it off (especially since it’s censored in chat)
Now cuss amongst yourselves you bunch of (I stand for profanity 1st responders) 😂😂😂😂

@CLEMSONU in the US 17 year olds can join the United States Army so the game is entirely suitable for them, however for kids under 17 they're not supposed to play Battlefield according to the ESRB rating but parents can determine what their kids are exposed to regardless of the rating - we're on the same page on this topic.
Regarding a toggle, that feature has never been in any Battlefield title in the past 20 years and would likely result in either only being able to toggle voice lines on/off which would probably be detrimental overall to game play as you couldn't hear player models asking for ammo, or would require voice actors to re-record alternate voice lines which would cost EA more money so I don't really see either happening.
In all of my years here moderating Battlefield forums only 3 accounts (you're included in this number and one of these was an alt of someone who asked for it so really 2 people) have ever asked for this feature so it's not a high demand feature that EA would commit capital on implementing in my opinion. Regarding your lawsuit comment, I know or the thread would have been closed.
