My stats are not updating since April 2023 and TRN can’t find me on Battlefield

@PITA4858 That's a pity, but it was a long-shot.

I think at this point you might need to open a case at help.ea.com.

@ElliotLH That’s my plan. Kind of weird that nobody else seems to have had the same problem.

@PITA4858 It is a bit, but it might be that someone with the same problem didn't post here or something like that. Hopefully EA Help can sort out what's happened on the backend easily enough.

  @ElliotLH So I went to EA help and they couldn’t find anything to fix the problem but created a case number and that it would be further investigated. Under profile, overview everything is up to date but move over to stats and it’s old info. Go figure.
